Performance you can measure: our September 2026 numbers
From this month, Fintrix Markets is publishing the numbers behind how we perform. Up or down, they'll be here.

We think you should see how your broker really performs, not just the highlights. So every month, we'll share the same core measures and compare them with the month before.
We've been focusing on what matters most to traders: getting your money to you faster, filling your orders quicker and tightening pricing. Here's how September 2026 compared with August.
September at a glance
All three performance measures improved, and more of our clients chose MT4.
| Measure | September 2026 | August 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Withdrawals paid in under an hour | 79.9% | 74.2% | +5.7 % |
| Average execution time | 3.63ms | 5.60ms | Around a third faster |
| Average XAUUSD spread (Zero account) | 10.70c | 12.22c | 1.52c tighter |
| Clients trading on MT4 | 22.4% | 15.7% | +6.7 % |
Withdrawals paid in under an hour: 79.9%
In September, 79.9% of withdrawals were paid in under an hour, up from 74.2% in August.
When you request a withdrawal, waiting shouldn't be part of the deal. More of your requests are now being paid within the hour.

Average execution time: 3.63ms
Our average execution time was 3.63 milliseconds in September, down from 5.60ms in August. That's around a third faster.
Execution time is how long it takes from your order reaching our servers to it being filled. Fewer milliseconds means less time for the market to move between clicking and filling. It's one of the measures you notice most once you're in a trade.
Average gold spread on our Zero account: 10.70c
The average spread on gold (XAUUSD) on our Zero account was 10.70 cents in September, down from 12.22c in August.
The spread is the gap between the buy and sell price, and it's part of the cost of every trade. On an instrument as actively traded as gold, a tighter average spread makes a real difference over time.
Clients trading on MT4: 22.4%
In September, 22.4% of our clients traded on MT4, up from 15.7% in August.
This one isn't a performance measure. It shows where our clients choose to trade. We support both MT4 and MT5, so you can use the platform that suits how you trade.
