How to close a trading account

To close a trading account, submit a request to our Support Team. Please ensure your account balance is zero and all open positions are closed first.

1. Email our Support Team

Send an email to support@fintrixmarkets.com requesting to close your trading account.

2. Verify your identity

For security purposes, you will be asked to verify your identity by answering a few security questions.

3. Account closure is processed

Once your request is confirmed, our team will process the account closure promptly. You will receive a confirmation once completed.
