Fintrix Hub is your Fintrix client portal, rebuilt entirely from the ground up. It's designed to be faster, mobile-first, and easier to navigate, with new tools like live pricing, trading calculators, and an offers page built directly in.

Fintrix Hub has been your primary portal since Monday 20 July. Simply log in at hub.fintrixmarkets.com as you normally would.

Fintrix Hub is now your primary portal. If you'd rather keep using Classic Portal, that's completely fine. You can switch back at any time, either at the login screen or using the switch-back button inside Fintrix Hub. There's no deadline, and no features are being removed from Classic Portal.

Yes. Your account remains fully secure, whether you're using Fintrix Hub or Classic Portal. Switching between them doesn't change how your data or funds are protected.

Log in at hub.fintrixmarkets.com using your existing email and password. You'll arrive in Fintrix Hub automatically.

Yes, at any time. Use the always-present Classic Portal button inside Fintrix Hub, or toggle back to Classic Portal at the login screen. Both are one step.

No. Your existing Fintrix login credentials work across both Classic Portal and Fintrix Hub. There's nothing new to set up.

Yes, mobile-first design is one of the key improvements in Fintrix Hub. It's built to work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Yes. You can open live and demo trading accounts directly within Fintrix Hub. You can also do this in the Classic Portal if you prefer.

Yes. All of your accounts, live, demo, and wallet, are visible and manageable within Fintrix Hub, as well as in the Classic Portal.

Fintrix Hub supports Standard accounts, Zero accounts, Cent accounts Demo accounts, and Wallet accounts, the same account types available in the Classic Portal.

No. Your account, your funds, your history, all exactly as you left them. Fintrix Hub is simply a new way to view and manage your account. Nothing is altered by switching portals.

Yes. Deposit buttons now appear in more places across Fintrix Hub, including at account level, so you can top up without navigating away from what you're doing.

Yes. Withdraw buttons are available in the same places as deposits, including at account level, making it quicker to move funds out when you need to.

Transfers are available through the Classic Portal. The Classic Portal icon within Fintrix Hub will take you straight there.

Your full transaction history is available in the Classic Portal. Click the Classic Portal icon within Fintrix Hub to access it at any time.

Verification is available directly within Fintrix Hub. You can also complete this in the Classic Portal if you prefer.

Yes. Profile changes can be made directly within Fintrix Hub. These are also available in the Classic Portal.

You can upload expiring documents in the Classic portal. Simply log in using your existing credentials and upload your document from there. If you run into any trouble, our support team is happy to help.

Platform downloads are available directly within Fintrix Hub. You can also access these through the Classic Portal.

Social trading is available through the Classic Portal. Click the Classic Portal icon within Fintrix Hub and you'll be taken straight there.

The partners programme is available through the Classic Portal. Click the Classic Portal icon within Fintrix Hub to access it.

Live pricing shows real-time market prices without leaving your account. The trading calculators help you work out margin, pip value, and potential profit or loss before placing a trade. The offers page shows your exclusive rewards and bonuses in one place. All three are built directly into Fintrix Hub.

The help desk is available directly within Fintrix Hub. You can also reach support through the Classic Portal.
