Fintrix Hub is available from Monday 25 May. Simply log in at hub.fintrixmarkets.com and toggle it on at the login screen.
No. Fintrix Hub is completely opt-in. You can continue using the Classic Portal exactly as you do today. There is no deadline to switch, and no features will be removed from the Classic Portal at this stage.
We wanted to get the refreshed design and mobile optimisation in your hands as soon as possible. Where features are still being built out in Fintrix Hub, you'll see a Classic Portal icon — clicking it takes you straight back to the Classic Portal to complete that action. Both portals run side by side throughout this phase.
Log in at hub.fintrixmarkets.com using your existing email and password. At the login screen, toggle on "Try Fintrix Hub" to enter the new portal. It takes one tap.
Yes, at any time. Within Fintrix Hub, wherever a feature is still being developed you'll see a Classic Portal icon — click it to return. You can also toggle back to the Classic Portal from the login screen whenever you like.
No. Your existing Fintrix login credentials work across both the Classic Portal and Fintrix Hub. There is nothing new to set up.
Yes — mobile optimisation is one of the key improvements in Fintrix Hub. It is designed to work seamlessly on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Yes. You can open live and demo trading accounts directly within Fintrix Hub. You can also do this in the Classic Portal if you prefer.
Yes. All of your accounts — live, demo, and wallet — are visible and manageable within Fintrix Hub, as well as in the Classic Portal.
Fintrix Hub supports Standard accounts, Zero accounts, Demo accounts, and Wallet accounts — the same account types available in the Classic Portal.
No. Your account, your funds, your history — all exactly as you left them. Fintrix Hub is simply a new way to view and manage your account. Nothing is altered by switching portals.
Funding is handled through the Classic Portal. Simply click the Classic Portal icon within Fintrix Hub and you'll be taken straight there to continue as normal.
Withdrawals are handled through the Classic Portal. Click the Classic Portal icon at any point and you'll be taken straight back to complete your request.
Transfers are available through the Classic Portal. The Classic Portal icon within Fintrix Hub will take you straight there.
Your full transaction history is available in the Classic Portal. Click the Classic Portal icon within Fintrix Hub to access it at any time.
