How to verify my account

Completing your account verification helps keep your account secure and enables you to access all Fintrix Markets services, including funding and trading.

1. Log in to your account

Visit the Fintrix Markets website and click Log in in the top-right corner of the page. 

2. Start the verification process

Once logged in, you can begin your verification in either of the following ways:

Option 1

Click Verify now from the Profile menu.

Option 2

If the verification reminder appears on the left-hand side of your Client Portal, simply click Verify now.

3. Begin verification

On the Verify your identity page, click Start verification.

4. Complete the identity verification

You will be guided through the following verification steps:

1. Complete the questionnaire.
2. Provide your identity document.
3. Complete the liveness (selfie) check.
4. Provide your proof of address (if required).

You can complete the verification directly on your current device by clicking Start verification, or continue the process on your mobile phone by selecting Continue on phone.

5. Verification completed

Once all required steps have been successfully completed, your account verification will be approved.

Your Client Portal profile will display a Verified status next to your Client ID.

You will also receive a confirmation email notifying you that your account has been successfully verified and is now ready to fund.

What’s next? 

Now that your account has been verified, you can:

• Deposit funds into your trading account.
• Access all available funding methods.
• Start trading on the Fintrix Markets platform.
