How do I create a Fintrix Markets account?

Click “Open Account” on our website, fill in your personal information, and complete the KYC verification.

What documents are required for KYC verification?

We require a photo ID (passport, national ID, or driverʼs license), a proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie. If your ID shows your address, it may be accepted as both. Additional documents may be requested if needed.

How long does account verification usually take?

Verification is generally completed within a few minutes and may take up to 1 business day, provided that all submitted documents meet the required criteria.

Can I open more than one trading account?

To avoid confusion in our system, each client is allowed only one verified account. However, you are welcome to open multiple trading accounts under that single verified client account.

How do I start trading?

Before you can start trading, you need to:

  1. Create your Fintrix Markets profile
  2. Verify your profile
  3. Make a deposit

You’re all set! All that is left is to begin trading.
