How to log in to MT4

Follow the steps below to log in to your MetaTrader 4 platform using your Fintrix Markets account credentials.

1. Download and install the platform

Download and install the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform on your device (desktop or mobile).

2. Open the MT4 platform

Open the MT4 platform on your device.

3. Go to Login

Click File → Login to Trade Account (on desktop), or tap Login to an existing account (on mobile).

4. Enter your credentials

Enter your Login ID, Password, and Server details provided in your Fintrix account email.

5. Click Login

Click the Login button to connect to your account.

6. You’re connected

Once connected, you will see your account balance and trading environment.

• Ensure you select the correct server name exactly as provided.
• MT4 and MT5 accounts are separate – use the correct platform credentials.
• If login fails, double-check your details or reset your password via the Client Portal.
