This promotion is available only to new clients in selected regions only who have registered a Fintrix Markets account, completed account verification (KYC), and meet the eligibility requirements set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to complete identity verification to claim the trading credit?
Yes. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before you can qualify for the promotion. Fintrix Markets may also request additional identity or account information if required.
Which account types are eligible?
The promotion is available on all account types, provided you meet the qualifying requirements.
How much trading credit can I receive?
Eligible clients can receive US$50 in trading credit on their first qualifying deposit. The offer is limited to one trading credit per eligible client and cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonus or promotion.
When will the trading credit be credited?
Your trading credit will be credited to your trading account within 48 hours once your qualifying deposit and trades have been reviewed and verified.
Can the trading credit be withdrawn?
No. The trading credit is provided for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn.
Can I withdraw profits made using the trading credit?
Yes. Profits from eligible trading activity can be withdrawn, subject to Fintrix Markets' trading conditions and policies. Trading violations or bonus abuse may result in profits being disallowed.
How long is the trading credit valid?
The trading credit is valid for 7 days from the date it is credited. Any unused trading credit will be removed after expiry. Withdrawals or internal transfers during the bonus period may also result in the trading credit being removed.
Are there any trading restrictions?
Yes. Trading practices that breach the Promotion Terms and Conditions or are considered bonus abuse may result in the trading credit being removed and any related profits being disallowed.
Can the promotion be changed or cancelled?
Yes. Fintrix Markets reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
