Once you've hit your chosen tier, contact your account manager or customer support team to submit your claim. The company will verify your trading activity before approving your reward.Approved cash rewards are credited directly to your trading account within 5–10 business days. If you've qualified for the Bonus Tier, your iPhone 17 will be arranged separately once your eligibility is confirmed.

Who is eligible to participate?
The cash rewards campaign is open to clients holding a Standard or Cent account. You must complete both KYC (identity/account verification) and email verification before participating. The company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
Do I need to opt in before making a deposit?
Yes. You must accept the campaign terms & conditions in the Promotions section of your Classic client portal before depositing.Only deposits made after opting in are eligible — deposits made prior to enrolment are not counted, unless explicitly approved by the company.
What is the campaign timeframe?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of your first eligible deposit to reach your chosen reward tier's trading volume requirement. An extension of up to 60 calendar days may be granted upon request and is subject to approval.
Which products count towards my trading volume?
Only closed trades on forex pairs and XAUUSD (Gold) count. The following are excluded: indices, commodities (excluding gold), stocks and share CFDs, cryptocurrencies, and any other instruments at the company's discretion.
Are rewards automatically credited?
No. Once you've met the deposit and volume requirements, you need to contact your account manager or the customer support team to claim your reward. The company will review your trading activity and verify eligibility before approving any reward. Approved rewards are processed within 5–10 business days.
Can existing clients participate?
Yes, the promotion is open to both new and existing clients holding a Standard or Cent account, provided they opt in and meet all eligibility requirements. Note: you must use the Classic client portal to access the Promotions section.
How is my trading volume progress calculated?
Your progress is based on closed trades only. Open positions do not count until they are closed.
Can I qualify for more than one tier?
Rewards are non-cumulative unless otherwise stated. You qualify for a single reward tier based on the deposit and trading volume you achieve within the campaign period.
